A lot of people won't understand the ARMY but I believe each one has their story that made BTS captured their hearts. At some point in ARMY's lives, they had an encounter with BTS songs, TV shows, or their performances in concerts or everywhere.

they are saying that just how the fans had given their best to BTS, fans can also give themselves their best. They just have to look inside themselves.. This is acknowledging how they had been loved so they encouraged fans to also love themselves. (BTS songs has many explanation, this is just how it relates to me.. or rather how I relate to them)

Sometimes life is hard. Sometimes our minds play a trick on itself. We don't understand things. We became confused, sad, desperate, discouraged, lost, or depressed.
