Traffic has been a long standing problem in Metro Manila. EDSA for one has been a vehicle parking lot any times. Recently, the PNP Highway patrol Group stepped in to help solve the problem.
Lately the same curse is happening to Commonwealth Ave. Quezon City.
Commonwealth Ave. is very wide. In fact, it is considered the widest road in the Philippines spanning from 6 to 18 lanes.
Every morning, we are faced with this traffic.. more and more points are choking. The <15 minutes travel from Batasan Road to QC Circle is now 30 minutes. Sometimes more. And this happens everyday!
What happened? What 's the cause? I hope the QC government will look at it before it turns into a parking lot as experienced by EDSA commuters last week after the heavy rain fall.
